Who We Are

CHANGE ASI! is a slate of candidates running in the 2025 Associated Students, Inc. at California State University, Fullerton elections, seeking to transform the student government into a body that helps students – to change ASI.

Our campaign began with a simple idea: what if ASI could actually help students? While a limited number of programs currently exist, such as the Pantry and the SRC, the $23.5 million ASI budget is currently being mismanaged and expended on administrative costs instead on programs to actually help students, such as scholarships and basic needs.

Starting as a group of diverse, acquainted students from across CSUF, we are now running for ASI in the 2025-26 academic year. We strive to uplift and protect the entire student body of CSUF, truly using ASI for good.

Our Campaign

Our Mission

Our mission is to transform ASI by shifting budgetary priorities and increasing transparency.

$23.5 million should be more than enough to provide scholarships, food, and basic services to the CSUF student body. Instead, we spend millions on ASI administrators each year, with most funding coming directly from student fee dollars. There is very little transparency around these expenditures, with budget books being heavily redacted. We will fight to put students at the center of the budget, and to bring transparency to ASI’s operations.

Our Vision

We want ASI to be an organization that helps all students, and that all students can participate in.

ASI has for too long neglected student needs, pushing new measures and programs that build up ASI’s own image without solving key problems on campus. CHANGE ASI! candidates will fight to shift ASI’s focus from upholding the status quo to bringing real change on campus, especially to our marginalized communities.
